Pink Lemonade Cupcakes

I finally got around to making the pink lemonade cupcakes that I had gotten from the bestie for my birthday. They turned out so amazingly good! The batter was nice and thick and extremely moist. I was worried that the lemonade flavor would be too tart or sour so I added whipped cream frosting in the middle.



Although the filling was delicious and added something more to the cupcake, it was not needed. The flavor of the cupcakes were outstanding, definitely one of my top favorites! Perfect for a warm summer day or to bring to a barbecue! I will have to make these again multiple more times, but the next batch I will be saving more for myself to eat ;)
